EPC, as part of a joint venture with three other firms, provided program management for the San Francisco International Airport’s Master Plan Program, a system-wide expansion to accommodate the increase in passenger and airfreight volume, and to improve the efficiency of its current support operations.

EPC provided program/construction management services, including resident engineering, inspection, QA/QC code compliance, value engineering, materials testing oversight, program/project controls, CADD support, systems startup and administrative support.
