We are proud to announce the promotion of Mr. Ray Hashimee to Principal at EPC Consultants. Ray joined EPC in June 2011 and, during his tenure at EPC, has been an integral part in the development of our marketing and project operations in the East Coast.  Hailing from New Jersey with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, Ray is a registered Professional Engineer in New York & Virginia and a Certified Construction Manager.

With 24 years of experience in heavy civil construction, Ray is an expert in all phases of complex, multi-billion-dollar projects utilizing various contracting strategies.  Ray’s also an industry expert in managing complicated tunneling projects using a variety of tunneling methodologies under challenging geological conditions.  

 

Ray’s tireless work developing and opening opportunities for EPC in the East Coast has been vital in the growth of our firm. His business development efforts in Washington DC and Alexandria, VA has enabled our firm to pursue and successfully secure multiple, large scale PM/CM contracts.
