EPC has significant experience in commercial buildings, airports, transit projects involving underground stations and terminal buildings, water/wastewater and tunnel projects. EPC provided program management services for the $2.4 billion San Francisco International Airport Master Plan and is providing program management services for the $2.9 billion San Francisco Transbay Terminal, the San Francisco Airport Terminal 2 Project and Central Subway. Other projects include: the Moscone Center Expansion Project in San Francisco (valued at $200 million) and the Mission Valley East Light Rail Extension in San Diego, which included the underground station at San Diego State University (construction cost was $200 million). Our clients include the City and County of San Francisco, Bay Area Rapid Transit District, San Francisco Municipal Railway, San Diego International Airport, San Diego Area Governments (SANDAG) and the San Diego County Water Authority, City of Portland and King County (Washington).
